This is to terminate my endorsement of ALFREDO VALENCIA with Real Estate Salesman Licensed Number 20224-2 as my salesperson and as an associate member of Manila Board Of Realtors Inc., effective immediately for the following reasons such as….
· Uttering unethical unprofessional language to some fellow Realtors and to me.
· Failure to declare honestly the status of INQUIRIES and REFERRAL got from my personal website and corporate account.
· Oftentimes he introduced his self as a REAL ESTATE LICENSED BROKER or REALTORS from Manila Board of Realtors Inc.
· Using my LICENSED in his personal business interest and satisfaction.
I anticipate for your appropriate positive action regarding my appeal because I kept this delima for almost a year hoping that he would step to his level and recognized the advantages he got from me as his broker instead he abused me and my LICENSED. I hope the BOARD will not tolerate arrogant associate member for his own selfish benefit.
